Ubisoft: Publisher may be working on a new co-op shooter

Activision Blizzard: Phil Spencer pleased with acquisition progress

According to sources, Ubisoft is working on a new co-op shooter called Project U.

Ubisoft is apparently working on a new game with the project name “Project U”. The concept of the title should be a kind of “Session based co-op shooter‘ in which many players band together to prevail against an overwhelming threat.

The first closed game tests for the project are said to have already taken place, but they are said to have only taken place in Europe. Unfortunately, not much is known about this new project until now. However, sources from Tom Henderson stated that the game runs at 60 FPS and requires at least an Intel Core i7-6700K or AMD Ryzen 5 2600, a GeForce RTX 2600 or Radeon RX Vega 64 and 16 GB of dual RAM.

Whether the game will be a free-to-play game like XDefiant or The Division Heartland is currently unknown
