Soccer star says ‘I look like a Toy Story character in FIFA 23’ – and he’s right

Okay, butter by the fish: In football games, the players do not always look like they do in real life. In FIFA 23, however, this usually works quite well. Of course, exceptions prove the rule. Like the portrayal of Jack Grealish, for example. He complains that he looks like a very specific Toy Story character in FIFA 23 – and he’s right about that.

That’s what it’s about: Jack Grealish isn’t happy with how he’s portrayed in FIFA 23. In an Instagram post, he compared his appearance in the new EA soccer game to the look of a Toy Story character, namely Sid. This is mainly due to the forehead and eyebrow area, which does not correspond one hundred percent to reality.

If you don’t know Sid: He plays one of the main roles in the very first Toy Story film. He also appears in the third part (Toy Story 3).

Of course, opinions differ on the supposed similarity here: While many also recognize Sid in the digital footballer, others cannot see any great resemblance. It shouldn’t be intentional anyway.

At least the hairstyle fits: Not so long ago, Jack Grealish publicly thanked Electronic Arts. Namely for getting his hair style right in the FIFA 23 game.
