Amazon Prime Day: The perfect gaming headset for me is currently available for only 60 euros – that’s why it’s so good

A gaming headset accompanies you for half the day. If you work from home like me, then you always have the device on your head, talk to colleagues or listen to music if you want to distract yourself.

It is then important that the headset fits like a glove and the sound is satisfactory. I found what I think is the perfect gaming headset over a year ago, and it’s the G Pro X from Logitech. And currently you can get my favorite headsets really cheap.

In my opinion, the Logitech G Pro X is a great headset

What kind of headset is that? The Logitech G Pro X is a closed, wired headset that you can connect directly to your gaming PC or PS5.

What advantages does the headset offer? The main advantages are the really good sound and above all the high wearing comfort. I have a head circumference of 58 cm and therefore a small head, but the headset fits me perfectly. I think it’s particularly brilliant that the gaming headset comes with lots of accessories:

• A cloth bag
• Multiple cables for PC, console and mobile
• a second pair of ear pads in case you want to swap yours

The microphone is also absolutely fine. My colleagues and friends understand me when we make important phone calls or when I play a few rounds in the evening. Therefore, the headset fulfills three important tasks for me:

• Good sound, because I want to have fun while gaming.
• The wearing comfort, because I have to wear such a headset for several hours at a time.
• The microphone is good enough that my colleagues and friends can hear me clearly.

Are there any disadvantages? You don’t get spare parts for every part. For example, you cannot buy replacement ear pads directly from Logitech. Here you have to use third-party providers. The same applies to the microphone, because Logitech only offers the main cable as a spare part.

Another annoyance is that you cannot fold the headset. I feel this especially when I’m on vacation or on the go and take my headset with me. This takes up a lot of space and cannot be made smaller.
