Sony has introduced new games for PS Plus that you can play for free with the Extra and Premium subscription. The catalog is growing rapidly, are there top-class artists or insider tips?
San Mateo, California – PS Plus offers its subscribers a full monthly gaming catalogue. With the overhaul of the service, Sony has added PS Plus Premium and PS Plus Extra tiers. In October, the subscription again includes hundreds of hours of gaming fun that you can play on PS4 and PS5 at no extra charge – here is the complete list of new games for PS Plus in October 2022.

These games are new: Sony just released the PS Plus free games for October 2022. Immediately afterwards, Sony also revealed which new games you can look forward to with an extra and premium subscription to PS Plus. The catalog of new additions in October 2022 is really extensive at PS Plus. Over 20 games are free to play on PS5 and PS4 for subscribers.
The new selection has something for every gamer across all genres: GTA Vice City, a truckload of Japanese RPG hits and stealth action like Assassin’s Creed and more are just waiting to be downloaded. When will the games be in the catalogue? The fresh games for PS Plus Extra and Premium will be available for subscription from October 18th. Then they can be added to the library and loaded. But some titles from PS Plus Extra and Premium will also disappear in October – the loss of scary games is terrible, especially on Halloween.

Are the new games worth it? Especially fans of the “Dragon Quest” series, which is extremely successful and popular in Japan, get their money’s worth.
