Fortnite finally brings a tutorial after 5 years – well, one that works

Since Fortnite’s release, there hasn’t been a proper tutorial that really introduced players to the depths of Battle Royale. Well, after about 5 years the time has come. But how good is that really? We checked him out.

What is this tutorial? In Fortnite there has not yet been a real tutorial that explains building, movement options and handling weapons to the players in more detail. Players were thrown onto the map with no prior knowledge unless they had previously learned how to build in Save the World PvE mode.

In Season 10 Chapter 1, Epic Games introduced a practice shooting range to help players improve their aim. The Combine mode was born but quickly discarded after Season 10.

Now, after about 5 years, Epic Games has created a new mode for players to finally learn the basics of colorful Battle Royale and understand it better.

5 years and finally a tutorial for beginners

Is this really a tutorial? Season 10 Chapter 1’s Combine mode only let players improve their aiming accuracy and gave them a shooting range. However, nothing more was explained about important core components of the game. However, the new tutorial can be viewed and lives up to its name.

Players learn how to build, heal, use weapons, and move. So if you’re new to the colorful battle royale and you’re overwhelmed with the mechanics, we recommend the tutorial. This shows you the most important things you should know before your first round.

Where can the mode be selected? Go to the Fortnite home screen itself. Once there, open your mode selection. Now a window opens with many tabs and associated modes.
