Bungie reveals that a large number of PS5 users are playing Destiny 2 on the PS4 version

Bungie revealed that a large number of PS5 users are still playing Destiny 2 on its PS4 version. The company urged Destiny 2 players to update their game for free to fully benefit from the technological advancements of current-gen consoles.

In his post on weekly blogBungie reminded PS5 players to update their version of Destiny 2. According to the company, “a notable number” of PS5 players are still running the PS4 game, despite being eligible for a free upgrade to the current generation. target version 2.
