Kojima Productions: Hideo Kojima wants to make movies and music

Hideo Kojima, the head of Kojima Productions, not only wants to make games, but also films and music.

Hideo Kojima is considered by many to be one of the most creative minds in the gaming industry. Now Hideo Kojima announces that he wants to do movies and music as well, since his body is “70% made up of movies”.

At the Anan Awards ceremony in Japan (via Famitsu), where the director received top honors in the culture category for his work on Death Stranding, he said that while he’s been making games his entire career, “all the areas of digital work are connected, so I would like to expand from games to areas like film and music”.
