Peridot: Beta now also available in Denmark
The “global soft launch” of Niantic’s newest AR pet game, Peridot, continues. Dots can already be raised in Singapore, Malaysia and Norway, and now this is also possible in Denmark. In other words: The game comes to our northern border. How long will it take for the “worldwide soft launch” to become a real peridot launch?
On April 14, 2022, the folks at Niantic announced their next self-branded AR game: Peridot. In the game you playfully raise pets and breed them with other so-called dots. In particular, the alternate reality technology comes into play with Peridot, after all the cute virtual pets interact with the real environment. Well…at least on screen.
The developers at Niantic have opted for a global soft launch for Peridot, meaning the game can be played in selected territories or countries and player feedback is incorporated into further development. that there has done a lot in the last few months, leaked the latest message from the folks at Niantic. Various items and functions such as the nests for influencing the appearance of bred dots have been removed, but more daily interaction options with the colorful pets have been added. And now, after a few days of maintenance, the beta is being expanded again – and at least it’s reaching the German borders.
Peridot beta now also in Denmark
After the Peridot soft launches in Malaysia, Singapore and Norway, it is now Denmark’s turn – Peridot can now be downloaded there by interested parties. We wouldn’t be surprised if one or the other excited peridot fan from Schleswig-Holstein could also enjoy the beta. Officially, however, we still have to wait.
