WoW Dragonflight: Pre Patch Phase 2 starts tomorrow – The Patch Notes

Phase 2 of the WoW Dragonflight Pre Patch is coming up. The start is on Wednesday and in the German patch notes we will show you what is changing.

What happens in phase 2? With great strides we are moving towards the release of the new addon Dragonflight in World of Warcraft. Bit by bit, some content will be coming into play before the release, which you can try out. The new talent trees have been unlocked for a few days.

Starting November 16th, Phase 2 will begin and bring the Callers of the Dracthyr, the first race/race combination. In addition, there is a new zone “The Forbidden Island”, a new event, changes to classes, achievements, PvP, quests and more. Here we show you the changes in detail and the patch notes in German.

Pre Patch Phase 2 Launch – When does it start?

Then start: On Wednesday, November 16, maintenance work is scheduled from 3:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. In the B-Net client, Blizzard writes, “We are conducting scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, November 16th between 03:00 (CET) and 11:00 (CET). The game is not available during this period. CET stands for Central European Time and thus also corresponds to German time.

After the maintenance, you should be able to access the Phase 2 content. Keep in mind that such large patches can cause problems. The time window for maintenance work may be extended.

Content of Phase 2 – What’s in it?

In the following overview we go into the biggest changes in content. Then we will show you the patch notes in German with all updates.

New Class “The Caller” & New Race “Dracthyr”

You need to know: The new class and the new people are only available in combination. If you want to play a caller, you have to choose the Dracthyr race.

We already played the caller in a test phase. In the video you can watch gameplay with spells and movements:

In Phase 2 of the Dragonflight Pre-Patch, this combo will be available to you for the first time and you can create it after the maintenance.

New zone “The Forbidden Island”

How to get there? As the caller of the Dracthyr, you start on the Forbidden Island. There are said to be many mysteries from the past waiting for you there. The black dragonflight used to use the island as a training ground. Today you can still see all the devastation.

New Event: Primal Storms

What is known? New quests and world events will be available to you during the event. Anyone who wants can take part. You use it to repel the attacks of the primalists. The event serves to prepare for the start of WoW Dragonflight.

New dungeon: Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr

What is known? Anyone who has been with World of Warcraft for a long time already knows the name “Uldaman”. Queen Alexstrasza sends you to the instance to recover Tyr’s memories. This gives you the great responsibility of securing the future of dragons.
