Avatar 2: Final Trailer is full of heart and emotion

With Avatar: The Way of Water arrives on December 14th the sequel to one of the most successful films of all time in German cinemas. Fans of the first part had to wait 13 years for the continuation of JamesCameron wait, but it’s only a few weeks now. In line with the forthcoming theatrical release, a new trailer for the film has been released, which turns up the controls considerably in terms of emotionality. The visual muscles are already flexing to get as many people as possible to the box office. To what extent that 20th Century Studios however, will succeed is another matter. After all, the forecasts are currently possibly below what was once imagined for Avatar 2. In addition, we recently reported on how immense the costs for this undertaking are. So immense that there couldn’t be more than three Avatar films.

Expectations for Way of the Water

Box Office Pro raises the question of how successful the sequel will be compared to the original. Finally came 80 percent of the proceeds from the first part of 3D screenings of the film. But in the meantime the 3D trend, which Avatar had triggered at the time, has almost completely flattened out. In addition, the site emphasizes the general lack of cultural impact compared to brands like Star Wars or numerous MCU brands, among other aspects.
