Amazon Prime Gaming: All eight free games in December (update)

The last month of the year has begun and with it new games are available for Amazon Prime subscribers. A total of eight games await you in December.

Five of them were announced on the deal website before the official announcement by Amazon MyDealz leaked, in which member WizardofSonic shared a credible banner. The information has now been confirmed, which is why Prime users can look forward to Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, among other things.

The really big blockbuster games are not available at Amazon Prime Gaming in December. Instead, it’s mainly indie games that decorate the wintry month. The highlight here is Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, the debut game by Josef Fares, who later made a name for himself with A Way Out and It Takes Two.

In the action-adventure Brothers, everything revolves around two brothers who embark on a dangerous journey to save their father. In addition to an emotional story, you can also expect a playful trick: you control both brothers at the same time, with their movements being controlled separately using the thumbsticks. The left stick is for the older brother, and the right stick is for the younger.

The second highlight in December is a classic in shooter history: Quake. To be more precise, it is the new edition released in 2021, which has been visually pimped up a bit. In terms of content, there are no changes compared to the original, although the Enhanced Edition already includes the two expansions Scourge of Armagon and Dissolution of Eternity. Also new on board are two extensions from developer MachineGames.
