Need for Speed Unbound: Earn unlimited money – that’s how it works!
After a short hiatus, Need for Speed returned last week with Unbound. In our test we have already taken a closer look at the racing game from EA and Criterion. A special feature of the title is the campaign, in which you take part in races over the course of a virtual week in the game to money to collect for the qualifying event on Saturday. And this requires a few races, because the participation fee is significantly higher than is the case with the usual events.
Get unlimited money in the game!
Now fans have a glitch in though Need for Speed Unbound discovered, with which you can earn a lot of money for your account in a short time. All you have to do is qualify for Saturday’s race event once and then repeat it over and over again. It turned out that there is a – presumably unplanned – error here. If you cross the finish line and finish the game during the cutscene, you can cancel the event start again.
The advantage for you here, however, is that you can use the winnings – prize money and cars – still keep. And because the events on Saturday are also much more worthwhile financially, you can use this method to quickly get coal for the next events. If you want to see exactly how the glitch works again, you will find instructions in the video that we have included for you below.
Will the bug be fixed?
It’s quite possible that the Criterion team will be removed from the game in a future update now that the glitch has spread through the community. At the moment there is no information as to when and if the developers want to do anything about it. As of December 2nd, Need for Speed is Unbound (buy now €59.99 ) for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S available in the stores.
