GTA 5 and GTA Online will have ray-traced reflections on PS5 and Xbox Series X

Although Grand Theft Auto 6 is currently in development, RockStar Games is not letting go of Grand Theft Auto 5 and Grand Theft Auto On-line. Both titles will continue to receive updates that bring various changes and improvements.

A new update will be released later this month, and Rockstar has provided details about what it will entail. While there will be a number of smaller changes and tweaks as usual, the biggest addition coming with the new update is the implementation of ray-traced reflections on PS5 and Xbox Series X, which will be available in fidelity mode, and will render reflections. in real time “on many surfaces”.

  • Take on Agatha’s Casino Story missions as a solo operator by visiting The Diamond Casino & Resort Management Office (these missions previously required at least 2 players).
  • PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X will add ray-traced reflections, rendering real-time reflections on many surfaces, via the Fidelity Mode graphics setting.

  • New vehicle purchases will arrive in your garage faster than ever before.
  • Selected custom weaponized vehicles can now be used in careerswhere applicable: weapons will be deactivated outside of gta racing.
  • The bikes will be added to the list of vehicles that can be ordered from your personal workshop by calling the mechanic.
  • PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S players can enjoy full access to Hao’s Special Works without needing to complete Hao’s introductory run.

economy updates

  • Completing the Vehicle Cargo Sell missions in public sessions will grant a high demand bonus, bringing it in line with all other business activities, while payouts in the smuggler sell missions they will triple permanently.
  • Get more of what you want faster with a general increase in the GTA$ value of all shark cards. As of today, all Shark Card denominations have been increased by 20-25% when purchased directly from GTA Online or through any of the platform’s stores. For special GTA+ member shark cards, this is in addition to the current 15% GTA$ bonus.
