Ken Levine wrote gaming history with titles such as “Dark Project: The Master Thief”, “System Shock 2”, “BioShock” and its successor “BioShock Infinite”. With “Judas”, the 56-year-old US developer has now presented his latest work.
“A disintegrating spaceship. A desperate escape plan. You are the mysterious and troubled Judas. Your only hope of survival lies in making or breaking alliances with your worst enemies. Will you work together to fix what you have done – or will you leave it to the fire?” With these words Levine’s studio Ghost Story Games describes the plot of the “narrative first-person shooter for single players”. The title is to be released for PC ( via Steam and Epic Games Store), PS5 and Xbox Series X|S – when is not yet known. However, there is a first trailer and screenshots, in which a certain similarity to the two “BioShock” titles, for which Levine provided the story and acted as creative director, cannot be denied.
