TESO: Scribes of Fate and Update 37 – Barely announced, already on the PTR!

It was only last week big announcement of The Elder Scrolls Online: Shadows over Morrowind and all the content that will be associated with this cosmic horror story. The highlight certainly awaits us in June, with the Necrom chapter, which will lead us to the Telvanni Peninsula. Before that, on March 13th and March 28th, 2023 respectively, the dungeon DLC Scribes of Fate and Update 37 are already waiting for all Tamriel heroes.

Scribes of Fate kicks off the year-round adventure Shadows over Morrowind. In the upcoming DLC, you’ll be able to delve into two new four-player dungeons and make your way past two corrupted acolytes of the Scribes of Mora Hall of the Scribes pave, or you take it with the time magic of Bal Sunnar on. Each dungeon comes into play in normal and veteran mode and has its own quests and rewards.

If you want to check out the DLC and what’s new in Update 37 right now, you can. The next content of The Elder Scrolls Online is already available on the public test server for extensive trial rounds. To access the Public Test Server, open the system menu in the PC/Mac Launcher and enable “Show Public Test Server” in the preferences. After that you can download the version for the test server. Take a look at the during the installation official German patch notes of “Scribes of Fate” and update 37. Here are two highlights that we hadn’t mentioned before:

Changing the time for resetting daily/weekly intervals

• Many times for daily or weekly runs have been aligned with the timing for daily login rewards (4am CET for European megaservers and 11am CET for North American megaservers), including:
  • First daily rewards for finding activities or victories
  • gains in refreshment
  • Daily Quests and Aspirations
  • Crafting Writs and Packs from Apprentices
    • Note: Rank 3 Apprentice Crafters, which previously gave you packs every 12 hours, now grant you twice as large packs once per day instead.
  • A number of other miscellaneous items and systems, including riding lessons, limits on pushing and selling stolen goods, and rewards from Silent-Silent
• Various weekly times have been moved to always occur on Sundays along with the daily reset, including:
  • Rankings for Trials and Battlegrounds
  • Weekly Quests and Aspirations
