The Xbox Game Pass games saved you over € 5,500 in 2021

The value of the Xbox Game Pass significantly exceeds the monthly cost

This is exactly what the site has The Loadout.com also asked about the total value of the games added to Xbox Game Pass this year.

All new games were worth this much: Overall, games were offered over the year, which have a total value of 5598 euros. Measured against the fact that the Xbox Game Pass costs 10 euros or the Ultimate Edition costs 12.99 euros, this value is well above the monthly cost.

The publisher who contributed the most titles with 30 games was unsurprisingly Bethesda. The studio was taken over by Microsoft at the end of 2020 and then gradually added the extensive catalog over the course of the year. This also makes Bethesda the studio, which at 534 euros makes up almost 10 percent of the total value.

Skyrim, Doom and Co.! Thanks to the Bethesda deal, many of the manufacturer’s games were in Game Pass.

Those were the “most expensive” and the “cheapest” months: Most games were added in March, which means that the highest number was achieved. The record stood at 534 euros. The worst month that offered the least was April. There the Game Pass was only worth 292 euros.

What are the numbers based on? The Loadout.com has taken the prices for which the games are offered in the Xbox Store. Discounts and similar promotions were not taken into account.
