Intel shows a technology that allows better integration of the iPhone with Windows

Intel has unveiled its next generation Intel Evo at CES 2022, and it will enhance the interaction between different ecosystems.

CES 2022 is the largest technology event today, and today, January 5, the technology fair will officially begin in the city of Las Vegas, Nevada. During your lecture, Intel announced its next generation of its special Evo brand, which serves as a label for those certified products that meet specific potency requirements. This announcement not only includes the function of the new WiFi 6E standard, but computers with the new generation Evo will be able to integrate their Apple devices and use iMessage from Windows.

This has been announced by the company since its conference at CES 2022. In addition, the news comes shortly after Intel acquired Screenovate in 2021, a platform that allowed you to manage and control Android and iOS devices from Windows computers. Now, they seem to have put the acquired technology to good use, and now computers certified with the new generation of Intel Evo will be able to send and receive messages from iMessage and integrate some iOS apps, such as Health.

Of course, This news sounds quite promising for those iOS or iPadOS users whose main ecosystem is based on Windows.. However, we do not know how Apple will react to this news as it appears that they are not yet aware of Intel’s move. The latter has stated that “plans to work with partners, including Apple“, but it’s a bit hard to believe that the Cupertino ones offer support for an unofficial way to use iMessage.

How iMessage works on Windows with Intel Evo

Intel has offered a small demonstration of how iMessage works in Windows thanks to the functions of computers with the new generation of Intel Evo. As they tell us, thanks to the acquisition of Screenovate, the company plans to improve the interaction between multiple devices and complete flexibility between different ecosystems.
