Village romance: World-exclusive test of the development game with our colleagues from GameStar

The building game village romance caused a sensation last year when the game on the German computer game prize 2021 bagged several prizes at the same time. The Early Access version of the title from the Berlin studio Toukana Interactive triggered a good deal of hype at the time, which certainly also resulted from the simple game principle.

Because village romance is very simple: The aim is to puzzle hexagon fields so that they fit together so that large areas are created, which in turn causes the number of points to skyrocket. Since the tiles always appear randomly, no game is like the other and quickly creates an immense addiction factor.

The final PC release is scheduled for April 28th and our colleagues from GameStar can already present you with the first world-exclusive test of the construction game. Wolfgang Rabenstein took a close look at the release version of the title, you can find his impressions and the rating in the test on GameStar.de:

Of course, this does not categorically rule out a conversion for consoles, but you should not expect the game to be ported in the near future and therefore use the PC version if you are interested in the game. You can also find out more about village romance in Linda’s idea of the game.
