Assassin’s Creed Origins: Update 1.60 is coming – finally 60 fps on PS5 & Xbox

Update 1.60 is apparently imminent for Assassin’s Creed Origins. It seems that it can’t be much longer recent Twitter post on the game series channel to announce. “Sleep? I’m not sleeping. I’m just waiting,” says the post, the obvious Origins protagonist Bayek quotes. “The wait is almost over,” add the developers. It is likely that this means the new patch for Assassin’s Creed Origins. A few days ago it was reported that Ubisoft has already downloaded update 1.60 to PSN.

Patch 1.60 for AC Origins

The “PlayStation Game Size” portal, which focuses on database updates in PSN, reported that the patch includes a 60 fps mode for Assassin’s Creed Origins. It is likely that the update will also be rolled out for Xbox Series X/S. In addition to the mode for higher frame rates, the update also appears to include a franchise menu, which is likely to be used to purchase and launch other AC games. Since Assassin’s Creed Origins (2017), two sequels to the popular game series have been released, Odyssey (2018) and Valhalla (2020).
