Drova: Forsaken Kin: Combat prototype released for PC

Test out the combat mechanics of Drova: Forsaken Kin and, with a bit of luck, become an NPC in the finished game!

Grab your axe, sharpen your sword and raise your shield to the heavens – the time has come for merciless combat of life and death. Publisher Deck13 Spotlight and developer Just2D have released a combat prototype for the upcoming dark pixel RPG Drova.

The game itself may be a long way off, but players from all over the world are invited to influence the final gameplay. Drova: Arena is a playable prototype with a focus on the combat system and players can test their current status, fight new opponents, try powerful spells and use new weapons in an arena. But even more important: give feedback. And with a bit of luck, even win some prizes or become an NPC in the finished game.

This is already the third season of Arena and it will be available for one month. In addition to this, there is one on Steam playable teaser for Drova: Forsaken Kin, allowing interested players to try out an early version of the game heavily influenced by Celtic mythology.

Drova: Forsaken Kin is in development for the PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series and PlayStation 5. Developer Just2D and publisher Deck13 recently officially announced their partnership, with Deck13 Interactive GmbH also taking over 30% of the studio shares.

Drova: Forsaken Kin is funded by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection as part of the federal computer game funding.
