Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: How to get the free Origins items
Assassin’s Creed Origins, the pre-precursor to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, just got a 60fps update. Thanks to a free weekend, you can also play it for a few days for free or play it through relaxed as a newcomer to the Xbox Games Pass. But don’t worry: Ubisoft hasn’t forgotten about AC Valhalla, of course. The current part also benefits from the Origins upswing with free rewards.
Origins finds its way into Valhalla with these items
It has not yet been confirmed that AC Valhalla will also receive crossover stories for AC Origins. It would make sense, but for now the only content that directly links the two games are these new decorative items, which you can grab for free via Ubisoft Connect:
- Egyptian Ship Pack
- Tattoo phrase Cleopatra
- Tattoo phrase Pharaoh
Ubisoft shared a foretaste via Twitter:

This is how you secure the Origins items
To bring some Egyptian flair to England with the items, all you have to do is secure the sets via Ubisoft Connect. To do this, log in with your account Ubisoft Connect one that you also have Assassin’s Creed Valhalla running on. Then proceed as follows:
- After logging in, click on your games and then on Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
- Navigate to the rewards.
- Select the new sets marked “Free” and secure them with “Get it for free”.
- The items should then be available in your game.
How to use the new items: To equip the ship with the Egyptian look, you only have to visit the ship workshop at the settlement port. You change the tattoos, on the other hand, as well as hairstyles and beards, in the tattoo workshop next to the longhouse.
What is Ubisoft Connect? Ubisoft Connect is a service that allows you to connect your publisher’s games across multiple platforms, for example through cross-save. You can also find your friends list there. In addition, you can view statistics, accept challenges and receive rewards. Some are free, for others you need so-called units, which you earn by playing Ubisoft titles.
New announcements for AC Valhalla
While Ubisoft is giving AC Origins renewed attention, AC Valhalla is still the current title in the series that they aren’t done with yet. So in Year 2 we get a completely new mode with The Forgotten Saga, which was recently shown in a stream:

Assassin’s Creed – Ubisoft announces another stream with anniversary stream
Also announced during the stream was the final chapter of Eivor’s saga, as well as another stream coming in September, where we’ll likely learn something official about the next big Assassin’s Creed installment. Maybe Ubisoft will show something about AC Infinity, or finally confirm the game with Basim with AC Rift.
