Dune: Spice Wars now has a multiplayer mode
Dune: Spice Wars came out in Early Access a few months ago and has been fairly well received by players overall. Of the currently almost 4,000 user reviews, 82 percent are positive, which gives the game the status “Very Positive”. New update of Dune: Spice Wars adds multiplayer
This number of players should also be good enough for the title’s first major Early Access update. Players in Dune: Spice Wars can now compete against each other in multiplayer mode. Either in teams in a 2v2 format, or in a 4v4 free-for-all. If a match cannot be filled, AI opponents are used, with an adjustable level of difficulty.
The developers released one for the new multiplayer mode standalone trailer, which is supposed to whet the appetite for the new features. In addition to multiplayer, the update also brings some balancing changes and other things. This isn’t the only update Dune players can look forward to this year, however. According to the game’s Early Access roadmap, among other things, we should get a completely new faction this summer.
