Well-known Destiny 2 player finally makes himself the undisputed god in PvE with a unique action

If you play Destiny 2, you will be shot by opponents from time to time. This is unavoidable. Or is it? At the weekend, an impressive video made the rounds in which a well-known player consistently avoids exactly that. He has probably finally crowned himself the undisputed god in PvE. MeinMMO shows you his performance and tells you what else he is planning.

Destiny 2 is teeming with enemies everywhere. If you play in a team, the fire is at least spread out a bit. But if you’re only traveling solo, you’ll just have a blast with everything. Sooner or later you always get one or the other hit.

  • Enemies will target you when spotted and start firing immediately.
  • There are airstrikes in many places and nasty environmental damage that can hit you.
  • And often a grenade flies at you that you might have overlooked.

But Esoterickk, a Destiny 2 player, YouTuber, and exceptional gamer, has now avoided all that.

A hitherto unique achievement: In his latest video, Esoterickk can be seen playing the twilight strike “The Arms Dealer” on Grandmaster difficulty in Destiny 2 without once being hit by an enemy.

Just don’t get hit – a trifle for esotericism

Who is this exceptional player Esoterickk? Even if hardly anyone knows his face, the YouTuber Esoterickk has long been known in the Destiny 2 community. He has made a name for himself by mastering even the heaviest activities easily solo. He has long been considered one of the best PvE players and makes us normal Joe’s jaw drop again and again:

  • Raid and dungeon bosses are taken down alone, and sometimes even without weapons.
  • If a new activity is live and players are still struggling with it, Eso has already completed it solo.
  • He even plays strikes on the hardest difficulty level “Leader” so confidently and coolly that they look like an easy activity from the standard playlist to him.

Hardly anyone in the Destiny 2 community actually assumed that he could somehow top his previous achievements in Bungie’s space shooter. But that’s exactly what he’s done now.

His leap to his death at the end of each activity he completes is a symbol that the only thing that can kill him is himself.

The only thing that can kill esotericism is itself.

This is what other players can only dream of: Other players will need to use Restoration in Season 17 to solo and reduce incoming damage as much as possible.

Esoterickk modestly says of his latest effort that not getting hit was “just the next logical step”. Not taking damage is “not particularly challenging” for him.

It’s something I’ve thought about for years, I just never got around to it because there was always something else to do or other ways to do things that seemed more interesting to me at the time. While no damage isn’t particularly challenging and makes for some slow moments, it’s pretty much the only “challenge” left to do.

How did esotericism come up with this idea? Playing an activity without taking damage even once might be something he’s doing Rylee Reloaded copied. This already played the entire Witch Queen campaign without suffering damage.

Inspiration comes from other games Esoterickk has played.

However, as Esoterickk himself mentions, it is more likely that he was inspired by his own excursions into other games.

  • In a 12-hour video, he fought without taking any damage against the 218 bosses in Demon’s Souls, Dark Souls 1, 2 & 3, Bloodborne and Sekiro.
  • To then in Elden Ring as well all 165 bosses of the open-world action role-playing game to defeat in a 7 hour video. Of course also without getting damage.

And because he can, he played it solo again in Elden Ring, only with melee combat, without summoning and also without parrying.

On YouTube, one Destiny 2 player sums it up by commenting, “This is amazing man. I think you’re officially the best player I’ve seen in all the games I enjoy playing.”

But Esoterickk wants to top this performance: The twilight strike “The Arms Dealer” is not one of the most difficult in Destiny 2. But that was probably just a small preliminary test for Esoterickk. He’s already made the next incredible plan, but with Cheese.

I think a similar approach would work for frontrunners too, but in this case I’d use my old Cheese spot to handle the beginning of the boss fight and then grenade Cheese on the boss itself to get around that. The rest of the approach would be the same. I’ll probably play Frontrunners the same way and see if other Dawns do as well [No-Damage-Runs] are feasible.

It can therefore be assumed that he will top this performance and play the Strike on the “Leader” difficulty level. In any case, we are curious to see what else he will come up with in the future and how long he will be able to outshine his own achievements.

What do you say about his performance? Do you think this makes him the undisputed god of PvE? Or tell her I can do better than that! Then let us know in the comments and share your thoughts with the Destiny 2 community.
