Xbox Series X: Sales in Japan more than double Xbox One

Xbox Series X/S sales in Japan are already more than double those of Xbox One. A small but significant success for Microsoft!

As we have reported several times, Microsoft has sold some Xbox Series X/S consoles in Japan. Although these sales figures are still far removed from the competition, there are signs of a partial success for Microsoft.

Over 260,000 Xbox Series X/S consoles have now been sold in Japan, which is more than twice as many consoles as Xbox One. The Xbox Series X and Series S combined have thus surpassed the lifetime sales (114,000) of the Xbox One, which can be considered a considerable achievement.
