Overwatch 2 Account Merge FAQ

If you’re one of those Overwatch players who own multiple accounts across multiple platforms, you can merge those accounts into one Overwatch 2 profile. In this way you have access to your entire game progress as well as your earned cosmetic items in one account.

  • Starting August 16, all players with a linked console account will be prompted to identify, select, and confirm the accounts they wish to merge upon login. Once you have confirmed this, the developers will prepare to merge your accounts in time for the release of Overwatch 2.
