There is currently an increasing problem with account access on the Netflix streaming platform. This allows users who have their account with a PIN code protect, don’t currently access downloaded titles.
The reason for this is a bug in the platform, which responds with the information that it was entered incorrectly even after the correct entry of the PIN code. The error currently appears only in the Download section of Netflix online titles can be called up as usual.
The problem was solved by the website Neowin discovered and reported to Netflix. A Netflix employee then reported and confirmed that the problem exists and is known.
Unfortunately, there is still one at the moment no immediate solution for the bug. However, the Netflix technical support team is currently working to resolve the issue.
However, Netflix does not know how long this will probably take. However, you want as quickly as possible ensure that access to downloadable content works as usual again.
