Pokémon GO: Tomorrow the big psycho spectacle starts – all spawns and bonuses

In Pokémon GO starts the big psychological spectacle on September 6th. The event brings you numerous spawns and shinys as well as one or the other bonus. We at MeinMMO will show you what content you can expect and what new monsters you can look forward to.

Which event is it about? Just like last year, you can look forward to another big psycho spectacle event in Pokémon GO in 2022. Psychic-type Pokémon in particular will play a central role in this.

In addition to numerous spawns and a few bonuses, the following highlights await you at this year’s event:

• Mega Simsala makes its in-game debut
• Shiny Pygraulon will be found for the first time
• The Psycho-Cup in the GO Battle League starts
• A raid day with Deoxys

When is the psycho spectacle? The Psycho Event starts on September 6th, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. local time and runs for almost a week. It ends on September 12, 2022 at 20:00 local time.

As you are used to from other events in Pokémon GO, thematically appropriate Pokémon will spawn on the occasion of the psycho spectacle. We have summarized below where you can meet which monster.

These monsters are the pre-evolutions of Rossana, Wobbuffet, and Palimpalim. You can only occasionally find the baby Pokémon in eggs outside of this event, which is why hatching is worthwhile for everyone who is still missing these little monsters in the PokéDex or who wants to secure a corresponding Shiny.

These are the new Pokémon for the Psycho spectacle

Like last year, two Pokémon are making a very special debut in the game this year: Mega Simsala and Pygraulon. Mega Simsala:

By catching Simsala after the raid, the Pokémon can also learn the event-charged attack Psychic, which is relatively fast and deals decent damage to the opponent. With a bit of luck, you might even come across a Shiny Simsala. Pygraulon:

All bonuses to the psycho spectacle

• The debuts of Mega Simsala and Shiny Pygraulon, as well as the rest of the spawns and Shinys during the Psycho event, aren’t the only content to look forward to. Niantic has other special features and bonuses ready for you during the event period:
• Psychokinesis as an exclusive move if you evolve Kadabra into Simsala during the event or catch a Simsala after a Mega Raid
  • Temporary research on curveball throws Reward:
• Multiple encounters with Pygraulon*
  • Event Research Reward:
• Encounters with Puppance*, Palimpalim*, Pygraulon* or Hypno
  • Psycho Cup in GO Battle League (September 08, 2022 to September 15, 2022)
  • Participation only for Psychic Pokémon with a maximum CP of 1,500 Danger!
• Mew is excluded from participation

Raid day with Deoxys

Also, on Saturday, September 10, 2022, the Fairy Pokémon Piepi will briefly crash the Psychic Spectacle and host a three-hour Piepi party.

The raid tag is a mini event during the psycho spectacle. Similar to the weekly raid hour, you will find level 5 raids on almost all arenas for a total of 3 hours.
There you can fight the Psycho-Pokémon Deoxys in its different forms (normal form,

attack form, defense form and initiative form). When is Raid Day?

The raid day runs on Sunday, September 11, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Does the raid day bring special bonuses?

• Yes, during the mini-event you will receive the following bonuses:
• up to 5 free raid passes when spinning the photo discs at arenas

The Piepi Party What is the Piepi party?

Although the psycho-spectacle is actually primarily focused on psycho-Pokémon, an exception will be made for the so-called harvest moon and a mini-event will be inserted, which will revolve around the fairy Pokemon Piepi.

This will appear in abundance in the wild for three hours to celebrate the full moon, and with a bit of luck it can also be caught in its dazzling form. When is the Piepi party?

The Piepi Mini Event runs on Saturday, September 10, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. local time. Does Piepi bring more bonuses?
