Laura Bow and the Mechanical Codex: Gameplay Video Released – News

Three years ago, NineZym Entertainment came along Laura Bow and the Mechanical Codex (to the news) announced the continuation of the two-part, former Sierra adventure series about the eponymous amateur detective. Since then, however, the project has been relatively quiet, only a few artworks and work-in-progress scenes have been made public.

Finally there was a sign of life again: On November 3rd NineZym released on their YouTube– Channel a gameplay video that you can watch at the bottom of this news. In it you can see the opening credits of the game and the first few minutes in which you should be able to control Laura through her workplace in the editorial office of “The New York Daily Register News Tribune”.

According to the developers, you can still see an early stage of development here, so that a lot can still change in the finished game. Therefore, the announcement of the release date is still a long way off.
